The Beginning: Custom Made in Brooklyn Denim

We take a look back at the very beginnings of the Made in Brooklyn denim program. At the time, we had recently started alterations services and had no idea alterations would grow into such a large part of our business.
All of our jeans were sewn in Los Angeles at the time. At the same time, we were growing tired of consistently late deliveries, feeling because we were located in NY, the factory was comfortable misleading us about delivery dates. We decided the time was right to try our hand at a small production. The rest is history - told through images and text in chronological order via our Blog / Lookbook post.
