Sale Items and Discounts Policy

Items on sale or discounted cannot be returned for a refund. If noted, items can be returned for size exchange or website credit.

 

Shipping and Returns Policy

 

Item RETURNS (standard policy)

Customers must request the authorization label within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Once authorized, customers must ship the item back to our return address within 5 days. The item(s) must not be worn, altered, or washed and must be accompanied by original tags. Shipping fees (if any) are not refundable. Williamsburg Garment Company may deny any returns that do not comply with the terms above. Returns received at our address more than 30 days past the delivery date are non-refundable unless delayed by the shipping company. WilliamsburgGarment.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping charges after more than one exchange shipment of credited merchandise. Refund processing time can range from 21 to 31 days after the return is received back to stock or after the order is cancelled.

 

Service Returns (Alterations Policy)

Alteration charges are for services performed, and the fees cannot be refunded. Any product that has alterations added is non-refundable and not returnable for exchange or credit. Alteration fees are final.

 

Holiday Returns (November 24–December 25)

Special holiday terms. Customers can return and refund purchases made between Nov. 24 and Dec. 25 until Jan. 15.

 

INTERNATIONAL

 

We recommend international customers use Paypal.com for payment for the fastest order processing and shipping. Paypal.com orders are processed without delay.

 

Declare all returned items as "Return of USA Merchandise" on the customs declaration to ensure successful delivery and avoid additional fees for packages lacking this mention. Customers must pay brokerage fees, taxes, and all shipping costs.

All shipping services used by WilliamsburgGarment.com provide a tracking number and standard carrier insurance. In-stock items usually ship within 2-days. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days, please email us to inquire about your estimated shipping date.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction to service that transaction and for record-keeping.
