Item RETURNS (standard policy)
Items on sale or discounted cannot be returned for a refund. If noted, items can be returned for size exchange or website credit. A Return Authorization label must be requested within 14 days of the order's delivery date. After the return is sent, the item must be shipped back to our return address within 5 days. The item(s) must not be worn, altered, or washed and be accompanied by original tags. Shipping fees (if any) are not refundable. Any returns received that do not comply with the terms above may be denied at the discretion of Williamsburg Garment Company. Returns received at our address more than 30 days past the delivery date are non-refundable unless delayed by the shipping company. WilliamsburgGarment.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping charges after more than 1 exchange shipment of credited merchandise. Refund processing time can range from 21 to 31 days after the return is received back to stock, or after we cancel an order.
Service RETURNS (alterations policy)
Alterations charges are services performed and the fees cannot be refunded. Any product that has alterations added are non-refundable and not returnable for exchange or credit. Alteration fees are final sale.
HOLIDAY RETURNS (Nov.24 - Dec. 25)
The terms above are extended. Purchases made between Nov. 24 through Dec. 25 have until Jan. 15 to return and refund.
We recommend international customers use Paypal.com for payment for the fastest order processing and shipping. Paypal.com orders are processed without delays.
All returned items should be declared as a "Return of USA Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that do not have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered and may incur additional fees. Customers must pay brokerage fees, taxes, and all shipping costs.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction to service that transaction and for record-keeping.
