WGC is a Small Time Operation and has a staff of 1. The website Customer Service is the company's highest priority and most of the time the Designer/Owner handles all web customers inquires, customer service issues and oversees the shipping. SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
RETURNS (standard policy)
Items marked final sale cannot be returned. A Return Authorization label must be requested within 14 days of the orders delivery date. After the return is sent, the item must be shipped back to our return address within 5 days. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. Shipping fees (if any) are not refundable. Any returns received that do not comply at the terms above may be denied at the discretion of Williamsburg Garment Company. Returns received at our address more then 30 days past the delivery date are non-refundable, unless delayed by the shipping company. WilliamsburgGarment.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping charges after more then 1 exchange shipment of credited merchandise. Refund processing time can range from 10 to 21 days after the return is received back to stock.
HOLIDAY RETURNS (Nov.24 - Dec. 25)
The terms above are extended. Purchases made between Nov. 24 through Dec. 25 have until Jan. 15 to return and refund.
PRE-ORDER DEPOSIT PRICING POLICY
Pre-order styles where the higher crossed out price is displayed next to a lower means, the higher crossed out price is the full purchase price and the lower price next to it equals the deposit amount. Below the 2 prices you may see (You save $ dollar amount). This means you are able to save (the listed amount) in placing the order but the full balance will be due, which is the (You save $ dollar amount) before your order will be shipped. We reserve the right to refund the amount paid by any customer for any order or item and not shipping an item or order, especially when the item price is disputed. Customers with pre-order deposits have a maximum of 2 weeks to pay the balance due on pre-ordered items after our email notice for balance payment due is emailed to the customers email address listed given with the order. We recommend international customers use Paypal.com for payment for the fastest order processing and shipping. Our regular credit card processor has very high security settings and often require manual approval even if the purchase is approved on our website. However, Paypal.com orders are processed without delays.
All returned items should be declared as a "Return of USA Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that do not have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees. Customer must pay brokerage fees, taxes and all shipping cost.
SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES
All shipping services used by WilliamsburgGarment.com provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the shipping cost if the actual shipping cost charged by shipping company is higher then our estimated cost billed (not including handling fees). WilliamsburgGarment.com is a small time operation so allow up to 2 business days until shipping. Sometimes our 2 man staff is traveling and goods cannot ship until the staff returns. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days, please email us to inquire about your estimated shipping date.
