Shop custom made-to-order, tapered patch pocket work jeans for big men, handmade in top quality denim fabrics from the USA and Japan. Order men's U.S. waist sizes 40 to 50 in long or short inseam lengths. This style lends itself to other customizing such as contrast pockets or panels. Simply add your special requests in the notes section at checkout.

Custom jeans require a minimum of 60-days to make and are non-refundable. Handmade. styles are cut to spec by the brand's designer Maurice Malone and staff.

All fabric options are raw denim or unwashed twills, and shrinkage occurs after washing. Twills are dyed and have less shrinkage than the denim. If you are not familiar with raw jeans, please read any of our many blog articles.
