Rush service depends on the availability of specialist staff, who may only work on specific days, as well as matching thread colors. With t-shirts coming in a wide range of colors, there may be occasions where we need to order special thread, which could cause a slight delay of a few days.

While rush orders are always prioritized ahead of standard alterations, please note that there may still be instances when they can’t be completed as quickly as planned. For Same-Day While-You-Wait Rush Service, we recommend confirming availability on the day you plan to visit.
