The 634S is Iron Heart’s flagship straight cut—built in Japan by WORKS INC. under Shinichi Haraki. The fit is a classic straight leg with a medium rise and a slightly roomy leg opening that works well with boots.
This pair has been professionally hemmed by Williamsburg Gament Company to a 30-inch inseam with chainstitching, maintaining the proper finish and the original factory look.
The fabric is Iron Heart’s original 21 oz Japanese selvedge denim, woven with a double-twisted weft and rope-dyed indigo warp. Despite the weight, it has a surprisingly soft hand and will develop strong, high-contrast fades over time.

The 634S is a true straight leg—balanced from thigh through hem with a slight taper. It’s one of the most wearable heavyweights out there, especially for larger builds looking for structure without a restrictive fit.
