The Straight-Leg custom jeans for big men are handmade with size choices that range from US waist size 40 to 50. Choose fabric, stitch, and metal trim colors. Customize the inseam by making them as long as 40-inches or as short 25-inches.

Our South 2nd Street is a modern fit, mid-rise jean. The leg falls straight down from the knee to the hem, and the thigh is 1-inch larger than our Grand Street slim. Check-out how the fits compare and assess the measurements in our Big Men's Fit Guide.

Made-to-order items require a minimum of 60-days to make and are non-refundable. Each style is handmade by the brand's designer Maurice Malone and staff.

Customize your leg opening size

This style is straight, but sometimes guys with larger thighs choose our straight-leg because it has an extra inch at the thigh, and then add tapering. If you have a preferred leg-opening and knee measurement, let us know your special request in the notes section at check-out. We can make nearly any adjustments in the leg shape below the thigh.
