Shipping Options Explained

Select the shipping option that best matches your order. The descriptions below explain what is included with each shipping service.

1-Way Shipping

Return shipping only. You are responsible for getting your item(s) to Williamsburg Garment Company. We ship your completed order back to you.

2-Way Shipping

Round-trip shipping. We email you a prepaid shipping label to send your item(s) to us. Once all services on your order are complete, we ship everything back to you in a single return shipment.

3-Way Shipping

Round-trip shipping with two return shipments. We email you a prepaid shipping label to send your item(s) to us. If your order includes services with different completion times, we'll ship the completed items that are ready in the first return shipment, then ship the remaining completed items in a second and final return shipment.

Example: If your order includes chainstitch hemming (completed in about one week) and tapering (completed in about four weeks), we'll ship the hemmed jeans first. Once the tapering is finished, we'll ship the tapered jeans in the second and final return shipment.
