The made-to-order process of top quality custom fit jeans

Our customers are those usually seeking top-of-the-line quality custom-made jeans, sewn right here in the USA. We source denim from well-established prominent mills from around the world. They are mainly Japanese and American-made fabrics.
This pair of jeans are made-to-order in raw Japanese selvedge denim and handmade inside our quaint 600 sq. ft Greenpoint, Brooklyn, New York studio. It was custom-made for a customer who required jeans with a large waistline, extra size at the front rise, a smaller seat, and slim tapered legs.
We started with a fitting of our standard sizes and made notes of the changes needed. The fitting was followed by a mock-up sample used in another in-person fit session. Corrections were noted and we proceeded to sew the final version of the style.
