A fit comparison of Williamsburg and Gustin fits – Grand Street vs Skinny Fit
In review of the Gustin skinny jeans measurements, they seem to be sized more like a slim fit in the seat but with a shorter front rise, smaller thigh and waistband opening than the Grand Street slim. We believe the combination of Gustin’s lower rise and smaller waist should mean the Skinny fits at least one full size smaller at the waistline. The leg opening is only ¼” larger on the Williamsburg jeans, however, if you have to size up in the Gustin, the leg opening will likely grow to be equal and seat slightly larger. The biggest difference in fit can be found at the thigh, which is over 2” smaller on the Gustin jeans.
Measurements are taken from actual production samples. Our recorded specs may differ slightly from jean to jean, so we average and take into consideration the targeted measurements. When comparing sizing, please note, we use total circumference measurements in our fit charts. Others may use 1/2-circumference.
