Design your own pair of custom-made jeans and have them handcrafted in Brooklyn by Williamsburg Garment Company.

This option is for jeans made from standard non-selvedge denim, allowing for shaped outseams that can provide a more fitted silhouette than traditional selvedge jeans. Customers can choose our best-selling Grand Street fit or upgrade to a fully custom pattern developed specifically for their body and fit preferences.

Grand Street Fit

Our Grand Street fit is Williamsburg Garment Company’s most popular jean. It features a modern slim-tapered silhouette with room through the upper leg and a clean taper from the knee down.

Custom Pattern Option

For customers seeking a truly personalized fit, we can create a custom pattern based on your measurements and fit requirements. This option includes fit samples and pattern adjustments before production of the final jeans.

Fabric Wash Options

Raw Denim (Standard)
Your jeans will be sewn from unwashed denim. This option provides the most authentic fading and aging characteristics as the fabric molds to your body over time.

Prewashed Denim (+$50)
Before sewing, the denim is washed to remove most of the shrinkage. This option provides a more predictable fit with minimal shrinkage after purchase.

Custom Industrial Wash (+$200)
Your jeans will be professionally washed at an industrial denim laundry. Choose from a variety of wash effects ranging from light rinses to more worn-in appearances while maintaining factory-quality results.

Shrinkage & Stretching

Raw denim changes with wear and washing. During wear, the waist and stress points may stretch slightly. After washing, the fabric will contract and tighten again.

For customers choosing the standard raw denim option, expect approximately 3%–5% shrinkage after the first wash. Customers who prefer a more stable fit should consider the Prewashed Denim option.
