Straight Leg raw American made jeans compared – Raleigh Denim Jones Thin - Slim Straight vs Straight Relaxed Fit Williamsburg South 2nd Street
Review the sizing charts of straight leg men’s jeans from two American made jeans brands with a big focus on raw denim styles. The Raleigh Denim Jones Thin is a slim straight fit and the Williamsburg South 2nd Street is our straight relaxed fit.
The Jones Thin Raleigh jeans fit is closest to our South 2nd Street, however, there is a huge difference at the thigh measurement. The front rises are the same. The Williamsburg jeans are 3/4” bigger at the seat and 1/4” at the waist band and the Williamsburg leg opening is ½” larger.
The Raleigh Denim thigh seems to be unusually small. We assume it is because, like the name, targeted at thin guys. Keeping in mind the thigh limitations, you should wear the same size in both styles.
