Made from 14.7oz "TOKUNO BLUE" selvedge denim, these jeans feature a deep indigo hue that develops character with wear. The fabric’s 100% Zimbabwe cotton yarn is known for its strength and luxuriously smooth feel, giving these jeans a refined texture rarely found in heavyweight raw denim. Although rigid at first, they break in beautifully, offering structured comfort while maintaining a polished, tailored appearance.
When we first spotted these jeans at a 2024 NYC tradeshow, we weren’t quite sure what to make of their trouser-inspired details—until we saw them in motion. The wide legs draped effortlessly, giving them a confident, put-together look. Unlike standard big men’s jeans, which can sometimes feel boxy or shapeless, the Momotaro 400 fit maintains a structured yet flowing silhouette, making them equally at home with a casual tee or a smart jacket.
The high-mid rise provides a secure and comfortable fit, while the trouser-style waistband facing helps reduce indigo transfer—so you can confidently tuck in your white shirt without worrying about stains.
