Returns & Exchanges
Return authorizations must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days at the customer’s expense. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns received more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refund unless delayed by the shipping carrier.

Items with alterations added are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All alteration fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 to 21 days after the return is received and inspected. Williamsburg Garment Company reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions or charge additional shipping fees after multiple exchanges.
International Returns
International customers must declare returned packages as “Return of USA Merchandise” to avoid customs delays or additional fees. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
